What is LYNC@Home

The LYNC @ Home Program is a family-centered support and learning experience designed to strengthen the home environment, build caregiver confidence, and increase alignment between family and school through the LYNC Model of Care.

By participating in LYNC @ Home, families will:

  • Increase confidence in responding to behavior and stress at home

  • Strengthen family routines, connection, and communication

  • Build shared strategies with the school that reduce conflict and confusion

  • Feel less isolated through peer connection and mutual support

  • Build community-level support networks that increase stability

LYNC @ Home

Families receive access to a virtual learning library that includes short, practical modules focused on:

  • Understanding the LYNC Values

  • Practicing the LYNC Model of Care

  • Using home-based tools to strengthen safety, connection, and behavior support

  • Building routines and strategies that support student success

Module features may include:

  • Brief videos or interactive lessons

  • Implementation “home practice” tools

  • Reflection prompts and family goal trackers

  • Scripts, examples, and printable resources

  • He is finally able to express himself so that we can help him with his feelings.
