Our framework centers on a specific application: when support is consistent, people grow.

Our Mission:

To positively change the lives of 1 million humans through the LYNC Framework

Our Vision:

To make human-centered support the standard in every school, workplace, and community.

Our Values

LYNC exists to change lives and the way we do that matters. Our values are more than words. They are the standards that guide how we treat people, lead through challenges, build trust, and create meaningful change.

1. Human First
We see the human before the behavior, title, role, or circumstance.
We know that connection comes before influence. Relationship comes before transformation.

2. Real Over Perfect
We choose honesty, humility, and authenticity over image.
Growth requires truth. We show up as real people, have hard conversations, own mistakes, and lead without pretending.

3. Action Creates Change
Awareness means nothing without action.
We believe transformation happens through consistent action, accountability, and practice, not just ideas, intentions, or theory.

4. We Do Hard Things Together
Support and accountability coexist. We step toward challenges, not away from them. We believe people grow best when they feel both supported and challenged.

5. Empower People. Strengthen Communities.
Individual change creates collective impact.
Everything we do is designed to create stronger humans, families, organizations, schools, workplaces, and communities.

6. Elevate Every Interaction
Every interaction matters.
Whether someone spends five minutes or five years with LYNC, we want them to leave feeling more capable, connected, empowered, and hopeful.

I am proud of all of our outcomes but for me seeing the families feeling supported, using the tools for themselves and their children and being able to support building strong and healthy relationships and interactions with all sides of the Triangle is most rewarding

My favorite part of the work we do is the transferring the knowledge and skills of the LYNC Model of Care Framework to Educators, Leaders, Families and Coaches. It elevates their quality of profession and life!

I am most proud of the number of children and families LYNC has impacted over the last few years. Witnessing the ripple effect of positive change is very rewarding, and it makes me very enthusiastic about the future, and proud of our growing LYNC community.

My favorite part of my work is when a participant reaches Choice in the LYNC Model of Care. This is often a time when they realize they control their own outcomes and can drive positivechange. This usually leads to significant self-reflection and consideration for changes thatimprove collaboration, strengthen safety and trust, and increase confidence.
