First, check that you're using the same email address you entered at checkout. If access still looks wrong, select Account or course access in the form and tell us the program name and what you see on screen.

You don't need to purchase again to ask us to check your access.

Use the password reset option on the LYNC sign-in page (opens in a new tab). If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you used your account email. Still stuck? Choose Account or course access and let us know.
