LYNC Coaching Program

LYNC Coaches serve as connectors within their organizations, strengthening team dynamics, supporting communication, and reinforcing shared language, while also using The Framework to engage effectively with program participants, students, families, and communities.

Our Coaches learn to:

  • Build environments built in safety, trust, choice, collaboration, and empowerment

  • Navigate conflict stress and emotional escalation using practical LYNC strategies

  • Lead Person-led coaching sessions that honor autonomy and accountability

You will receive the knowledge and the tools to elevate your own coaching practice.
