Our mission

To positively impact the lives of 1 million humans through the LYNC Framework.

Our vision

To make human-centered support the standard in every school, workplace, and community.

Our founders & team

People who believe
in people.

LYNC began with people being misunderstood—and a determination to respond differently.

Meredith Bieri and Casey Coughlin built LYNC through years of real-world work with students, families, educators and leaders. They listened, adjusted and turned what they learned into a framework others could carry forward.

Co-Founder, Chief Community Officer

Helping people carry LYNC into their families, work and communities.

Read bio: Meredith Bieri

Meredith co-founded LYNC after seeing students, families, educators and leaders navigate systems that focused on behavior without considering what was driving it. That experience informs her commitment to giving people practical ways to understand and respond to one another.

She especially values helping families use LYNC in their own lives and sharing its knowledge and skills with educators, leaders, families and coaches. Her vision is for people to carry the Framework into their everyday relationships, with the support and practice to make it part of how they show up.

Casey’s perspective on LYNC centers on children and families, and on the relationships that form around them. Casey values the growing LYNC community and the opportunity to support people as they consider what they want to change in their own lives.

The most meaningful moments are those when participants recognize that they can influence their next steps. Casey’s focus is on making space for reflection, meaningful decisions and collaboration, while paying attention to the safety, trust and confidence people bring to their relationships.

“When we change how we understand and respond to human behavior, outcomes change.”
